Digital commerce has disrupted the global and local marketplace as the #1 growth driver, accelerated further by COVID-19 retail store impact and omni-shopper behavior shifts. 

Although founded years ago in 2012, Instacart has surged to retail power over the last 18 months as retailers in grocery and beyond responding to a seismic shopper shift to digital commerce sought to partner and take advantage of its coveted and more cost-effective delivery capabilities, geographic scale and speed-to-market.
