The Path to Purchase Institute in July fielded a comprehensive, detailed online survey of consumers to understand how retail media touches and is received by shoppers along the path to purchase. Survey findings discussed will range from what media captures a shopper's attention in stores to why a consumer clicks on digital ads on- or off-platform.
