Jenny Hermanson is Sr. Director, Omnimedia at Pernod Ricard, where she is tasked with accelerating growth and conversion from PRUSA’s media efforts. Jenny is responsible for oversight of Pernod’s centralized media function that supports the entirety of the company’s US portfolio of brands – like Absolut, Jameson, Malibu, The Glenlivet and many others. Jenny and her team are focused on architecting seamless consumer experiences from media to shelf by investing in the right touchpoints, paired with the right content, to achieve the greatest impact. Over the last year, Jenny has been instrumental in driving greater return from media through stewarding data driven precision targeting, personalization, and ROI-led planning.

Jenny has been driving excellence and innovation in communication strategy and integrated planning for the past 18+ years. Prior to joining Pernod, Jenny spent her career agency-side. As an agency veteran, Jenny has held client and planning lead roles for CPG leaders like PepsiCo, Unilever, and L’Oréal. Most recently she led Communications Planning at OMD where she was responsible for building and scaling capabilities around data driven business intelligence, audience strategy, and integrated experience design. She brings a wealth of experience and a proven success record in improving media’s performance and delivering best-in-class media solutions. Through marrying deep consumer empathy, modern media understanding and performance insights, Jenny continues to strive to improve ROI and ensure media drives growth for the business.
