Melissa has over 15 years of media leadership experience within both B2B and B2C brands across categories ranging from QSR to CPG, including extensive Walmart Inc. media and planning experience over the last six years at VMLY&R COMMERCE. She is on the agency’s Walmart COE team as the media lead. In addition to Walmart, Melissa has led teams across nine different retailers ranging from big box to grocery and drug. She has a passion for strategic planning and analytical thinking the advertising industry requires and will dive into data or ask the right questions to better understand the why and how it impacts the overall plan, execution and strategy moving forward.
