Hila Roberts is the Senior Director for Home Depot’s Retail Media+ program that is reinventing how brands partner with Home Depot. Hila and her team built the organization from inception including technology, people, and strategy. A 15-year veteran of retail, Hila has served in several functions over her career at Home Depot including Finance, Store Management, and Merchandising bringing expertise to each position to drive growth and innovation.

Hila attended Claremont McKenna College where she studied Economics, Accounting, and International Relations before pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School. Hila lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, two children, and Bernadoodle. When she’s not at work, Hila serves on the board of Dance Canvas, an organization that provides opportunities and venues to increase the awareness of professional dance in Atlanta. She is also an avid traveler, reader, and novice banjo player.
