Wayne Duan is Constellation’s Vice President of eCommerce and has responsibility across both the Beer and Wine & Spirits divisions for driving the eCommerce growth agenda. This includes strengthening and aligning both eCommerce and digitally-influenced resources, strategies and investments to further propel Constellation’s leadership position in the Total Beverage Alcohol (TBA) marketplace. His team oversees Constellation’s eCommerce activities in sales, category management, marketing, strategy, business development and digital shelf catalog management.
Wayne joined Constellation in 2017 from Walgreens where he held various digital and eCommerce roles. Previously he was the General Manager for Walgreens Digital Commerce (Walgreens.com, drugstore.com, Beauty.com and VisionDirect.com) where he led the Retail Products Merchandising and Merchandising Operations teams overseeing all aspects of pricing, promotions, assortment, visual merchandising and digitally-influenced sales strategies. In addition, his team supported various strategic omnichannel and digital marketing initiatives for Walgreens including same-day delivery and auto-reorder-and-save. Prior to Walgreens, Wayne was a management consulting professional advising clients in the apparel retail, consumer packaged goods, financial services and insurance industries.
Wayne earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is an avid mountain climber and scuba diver.
