Kandi Arrington is the Mars Agency's SVP, Customer Development and General Manager, responsible for the Walmart and Sam's Club Office in Bentonville. Her number one passion is helping her clients develop winning growth strategies. She's a master of navigating the ever-changing world of retail and facilitating meaningful connections, delivering excellence every day. Kandi has 20 years Marketing experience, with 13 of those years with exclusive and direct work with Walmart Inc. with a range of clients including Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Campbell's, Hallmark, and Henkel.
Kandi believes nothing is impossible and exudes that positivity in her work, empowering her teams to bring their best every day - these aspects clearly led to her being a finalist in this year's Path to Purchase Institute's Women of Excellence Relationship Builder Award being awarded at this year's P2PX on November 10, 2020.
Outside of work, Kandi enjoys cheering on the local high school football team where her husband Eric is coach, spending time with her three children and supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks.
