Is the Industry Dinner included with my show registration?

No. The Industry Dinner is now a standalone event from the Convenience U CARWACS show, so tickets must be purchased separately.

Tickets are $125 for an individual ticket or $850 for a full table of 8.

Many attendees will head over directly following the show. If you are only attending the dinner, please plan to arrive around 5:00 PM.

Like the main show, the dinner is held at the Toronto Congress Centre. Additional venue and timing details will be released as we get closer to the event date.

Yes! You can purchase multiple single tickets together in one registration transaction to ensure your group is seated together. Alternatively, you can email us at events.canada@ensembleiq.com with your seating requests, and we will make a note on your reservation.

Yes. During the online registration process, please make note of any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can coordinate directly with our catering team.

To cancel your registration, please submit a written request to events.canada@ensembleiq.com by December 31, 2026. Cancellations received on or before this date are subject to a $25 administration fee. Registrations and tickets purchased after December 31, 2026, are non-refundable.
