An employee owned company since 1991, Superior Farms is the largest processor of American lamb. The company works with more than 1,000 family farmers throughout the American west to bring sustainably raised lamb to consumers through restaurants and retailers. The company processes lambs in both Dixon, CA and Denver, CO and distributes lamb nationwide. In its commitment to sustainability, Superior Farms’ Dixon CA plant was rebuilt in 2015 to be more modern and efficient.
